Q: What is ready for ship/in stock/not ready to ship yet ?
Ready For Ship:
The ready for ship items can be shipped out in 1-2 business days after you place the order! If you need something urgently, we recommend you choose the【Ready For Ship】items!
In Stock:
The order processing time of the【In Stock】items is about 7-10 days normally. Except the shoes.
The order processing time of the【In Stock】shoes is about 10-15 days normally.
Not Ready to Ship yet:
Not Ready to Ship means the item is under production right now.
The processing times for these items are estimated based on the factory's past production experience, we can’t promise it will delay or come out sooner.
And the processing time varies for each product, please refer to the product details page!
When one batch comes out, orders will be shipped out according to the sequence of ordering time! (oldest order placed will be sent first)

Transportation time:
Transportation time depends on the shipping options you choose:
*Express Shipping: 7-10 days
*Commercial Shipping: 10-25 days
*E-Packet/China Post: 25-75 days

The shipping cost of the product is determined by its weight.

SR Level costumes are 0.5-1kg heavier than those of R level and similar products on the market at least .
Q:How about Europe VAT TAX / / US Tariff / Mexico TAX?
About Us Tariff
1.We still ship to the US and the tariff included in the shipping fee.
Customers don't have to pay a tariff when packages arrive in the destination country.
2. Shipping fee to the following remote areas is much higher than other states: Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
About Europe VAT TAX/ Mexico TAX
We offer two shipping options for EU ， Mexico customers
A.Express shipping-DHL/FEDEX
1.Shipping fee does not include vat tax /Mexico tax
2.Custom or local delivery company may randomly investigate package value .
We can't declare low value for your package
B.Commercial shipping
1.Shipping fee includes vat tax / Mexico tax
2.Definitely don't have to pay vat tax / Mexico tax when packages arrive in the destination country.
3.For Mexico customers ：Please leave the recipient's RFC or CURP for parcels destined for Mexico as it is required to generate a waybill number.

This cosplay is so adorable and SO comfy!! I wore it to a convention recently and it was such a comfortable cosplay, I loved wearing it! I ordered this cosplay on presale but it arrived almost as quickly as a ready-to-ship cosplay would, which was a nice surprise. I haven’t recieved it. Yet ,i went to take it. But it wasn’t there , they said that it was send back and they will deliver it soon
