In Stock:
The order processing time of the【In Stock】items is about 7-10 days normally. Except the shoes.
The order processing time of the【In Stock】shoes is about 10-15 days normally.
Not Ready to Ship yet:
Not Ready to Ship means the item is under production right now.
The processing times for these items are estimated based on the factory's past production experience, we can’t promise it will delay or come out sooner.
And the processing time varies for each product, please refer to the product details page!
When one batch comes out, orders will be shipped out according to the sequence of ordering time! (oldest order placed will be sent first)

As shown in photos, very soft & fluffy, the movement of the wagging tail is very cute and the electronics are easy to connect by bluetooth

Don't get me wrong, the quality of the material is really smooth and soft but is unfortunately shapped differently than the images above. I thought it wouldn't be that bad but when wearing it and just holding it up (picture) it is very noticeable. The frame of the tail can't be reshaped so it's stuck like this even after brushing it.
I'll most likely just use this tail as a substitute until I can get a better one for my cosplay.

The tail arrived broken it never worked and company refused to issue a refund. This has been a very sad waste of money

And if we receive the package and confirm that the product is really defective, we can cover the return shipping cost. However, we have not received any reply from you.
