Q: What is ready for ship/in stock/not ready to ship yet ?
Ready For Ship:
The ready for ship items can be shipped out in 1-2 business days after you place the order! If you need something urgently, we recommend you choose the【Ready For Ship】items!
In Stock:
The order processing time of the【In Stock】items is about 7-10 days normally. Except the shoes.
The order processing time of the【In Stock】shoes is about 10-15 days normally.
Not Ready to Ship yet:
Not Ready to Ship means the item is under production right now.
The processing times for these items are estimated based on the factory's past production experience, we can’t promise it will delay or come out sooner.
And the processing time varies for each product, please refer to the product details page!
When one batch comes out, orders will be shipped out according to the sequence of ordering time! (oldest order placed will be sent first)

1.You can order the ready for ship/instock/not ready to ship items together.
2.The order processing time won't change no matter what shipping options you choose.
3.In most cases, we will ship your order within promised estimated time, just in case, the product status changes from in stock to not in stock, we will notify you or you can email us for latest progress.

Transportation time:
Transportation time depends on the shipping options you choose:
*Express Shipping: 7-10 days
*Commercial Shipping: 10-25 days
*E-Packet/China Post: 25-75 days

The shipping cost of the product is determined by its weight.

SR Level costumes are 0.5-1kg heavier than those of R level and similar products on the market at least .

We offer two shipping options for EU , Mexico customers
A.Express shipping-DHL/FEDEX
1.Shipping fee does not include vat tax
2.Custom or local delivery company may randomly investigate package value .
We can't declare low value for your package
B.Commercial shipping
1.Shipping fee includes vat tax / Mexico tax
2.Definitely don't have to pay vat tax / Mexico tax when packages arrive in the destination country.
3.For Mexico customers ：Please leave the recipient's RFC or CURP for parcels destined for Mexico as it is required to generate a waybill number.

Brazilian customs inspections are very strict, and sometimes packages may be held at customs for an extended period without tracking updates. This is usually due to the following reasons:

Please ensure that the CPF/CNPJ provided at the time of purchase is accurate, valid, and belongs to the recipient. Using someone else’s CPF/CNPJ is not allowed!
2.Inaccurate Declaration Information
If the package is held due to declaration issues, the recipient must contact the official customer service to check if additional information or documents are required. 1. Clean the area with a towel, without sweat, oil or skin care products.
2. Cut out the desired pattern, leaving the edge 2-3mm, and tear off the transparent coating on the pattern.
3. Stick the surface on the skin, wet the back of the tattoo with water, and press it for 30 seconds.
4. When there is no resistance, remove the base paper slowly. Wait for the pattern to air dry, the tattoo is ready. Don't touch the pattern until it's dry.
Discharge method:
* Pour makeup remover or a small amount of alcohol onto a cotton pad, cover the tattoo for 10 seconds, then wipe back and forth. After the tattoo completely falls off, wipe it with a tissue.
