Ready For Ship:

The ready for ship items can be shipped out in 1-2 business days after you place the order! If you need something urgently, we recommend you choose the【Ready For Ship】items!

In Stock:

The order processing time of the【In Stock】items is about 7-10 days normally. Except the shoes.

The order processing time of the【In Stock】shoes is about 10-15 days normally.

Not Ready to Ship yet:

Not Ready to Ship means the item is under production right now.

The processing times for these items are estimated based on the factory's past production experience, we can’t promise it will delay or come out sooner.

And the processing time varies for each product, please refer to the product details page!

When one batch comes out, orders will be shipped out according to the sequence of ordering time! (oldest order placed will be sent first)

Transportation time depends on the shipping options you choose:

sent the wrong size twice.

The cosplay itself is of good quality, the fit is a bit small even though i had previously taken measurements and was positive it would fit well the bust is very small and doesn’t seem to reflect the actual sizing of the cosplay.

On the other hand I was sent the wrong size twice. The first time I knew I had ordered the wrong size so I emailed customer support and they changed the size for me and guaranteed I would be shipped the one I needed. I was then sent the wrong size and contacted them again and they said It was due to me not ordering the size I needed, even though it was changed for me? I was then told I would have to sell it and repurchase the cosplay if i wanted the right size. I ended up being able to contact someone who seemed like they knew what they were doing and had to pay myself for shipping back to them. I put a note inside the package as told to by customer service explaining the situation and which size i needed. Shocker, they sent me the wrong size a second time. It took 2 months to receive the size I originally needed and if i’m honest I highly doubt I will ever order again.

Lesson learned, order the right size bc u won’t get it even if u ask.
