My previous review was deleted because I gave 1 stars, so I will be reposting. This is not a 5 star review.
Ordered this costume in April with an expected ship date of July. No problem, I’m aware this is a popular costume and I’m aware of Doki’s preorder policies with most costumes. It kept getting delayed farther pas the expected date without any kind of notice from the company; I only knew anything about its status because I went out of my way to contact them myself. Unfortunately for many months the updates have come days to a week later and the update has usually been “we don’t know, sorry!”
Now it’s November, a full 7 months since I’ve ordered (after expected ship date was 3) and I am being told there are issues with the factory making the costume. According to them, it won’t be ready until 5 more months from now - April of NEXT YEAR, a full year since I originally gave this company my money. Had there been any transparency about this when the delays began maybe I could have changed my costume plans, as I’ve already long since missed the deadline to wear this costume with a friend of mine.
It’s irresponsible and frankly greedy to keep this listing up and take orders from to keep this listing up and take orders from customers when previous customers have yet to receive anything. I am sure this costume is of high quality if the Wangji counterpart is to be any indicator (which my friend received in a much more timely manner than this one) but be prepared to wait or ultimately not even receive your costume if you order this.
I have received great costumes from you in the past but the delay and negligence of customer service is very disappointing. This has been a staple costume shop for me but this experience has made me reconsider buying here in the future, ESPECIALLY if you are content to delete honest reviews.

great material & quality, arrived a lot quicker than expected
This is by far the most comfortable cosplay I have ever worn in my life. I bought a size S but it was still quite loose in some areas, especially the wristbands, but everything else can be tightened easily. The fabric quality is amazing and the details are super gorgeous.

Very nice cosplay, I loved it! It can be a bit hot when you are in a hot country in the sun but other than that it is very comfortable. Very detailed, I keep playing with the sleeves. I bought an S and the size was well expect that the belt was a bit big and I had to use a pin. Wore it to a con all day and it held very well. Definitely recommend it!
