The wig was really lovely, ESPECIALLY for such a low price !! Super silky and looks just like the pictures :) I ordered it while it was listed as ready to ship and it arrived really quickly! It did require some styling but that’s to be expected. I’m super happy with it and will 100% be ordering from dokidoki again!!

This company is truly amazing!!! We had an issue with one of the cosplay outfit accessories being damaged during shipping. The company replaced the item at no charge and didn’t even charge us shipping to send a new one. Not only that, but with COVID and shipping delays, every time I emailed them to ask about shipping details, they responded directly to me. Not a form email, but a real person e-mailed me directly with updates and additional tracking information. Keep in mind, the tracking info was in Chinese, so they sent me screen shots along with descriptions on the whereabouts of my package. With COVID delays it took 3 months to get the item, yet during these three months, they ALWAYS responded with helpful and detailed information and seemed to really care that I remained a happy customer. The fact that they cared so much really says a lot about the company and the people working there. I can’t say enough good things about this company!!! And the cosplay outfit we ordered was absolutely perfect!!!
