Its very fluffy, the braid seems to be pre-teased which makes it less soft but very poofy, it arrived a little crooked probably because it's been folded in the package for a long time, easy fix tho! the wig is a little more yellow than expected but not too much of a difference luckily, i havent styled it yet and its probably not going to be too easy as a beginner but it also doesnt seem too hard. over all i'd give it a 9/10 :)
