There's whole rows of wefts missing in this wig making it impossible to style like the photos. The colour is also off and the length is not the same either. When i presented the photos as proof it's damaged and missing wefts, they originally agreed to replace it at full cost...then went back on their word.

I honestly would look elsewhere with wigs. Their cosplays are great, but their wigs... out of 4 i ordered, 2 were damaged beyond use, and 1 wasn't even the wig i ordered. I'm super disappointed in their customer service as well requiring me to pay to return these wigs when it'll cost me triple the cost is nonsense. They should provide a return shipping label and eat the cost.

They also wanted me to illegally mark the package down and "not as a return" when i send it back...which is illegal in my country to do. I would stay away from their wigs. This is literal garbage and i can't use it.

They also don't allow reviews to appear on their website under 3 stars...so a bit of a scam there too imo.
