The ready for ship items can be shipped out in 1-2 business days after you place the order! If you need something urgently, we recommend you choose the【Ready For Ship】items!
In Stock:
The order processing time of the【In Stock】items is about 7-10 days normally. Except the shoes.
The order processing time of the【In Stock】shoes is about 10-15 days normally.
Not Ready to Ship yet:
Not Ready to Ship means the item is under production right now.
The processing times for these items are estimated based on the factory's past production experience, we can’t promise it will delay or come out sooner.
And the processing time varies for each product, please refer to the product details page!
When one batch comes out, orders will be shipped out according to the sequence of ordering time! (oldest order placed will be sent first)

My package arrived damaged including the inner bag, but luckily the clothes were ok. The clothes do not come with the pictured hair accessories, which I learned after receiving my order. Dokidoki offered to cover shipping fees if I wanted to buy the accessories or return the clothes. Still, after inquiring with the supplier, they couldn't obtain the accessories for me to purchase even if I wanted to go that route. I ended up ordering the accessories from another seller on aliexpress, but it would have been cheaper to order the full set elsewhere (shipping fees included) if I had known from the start. I have advised Dokidoki to edit the information in the listing to be more clear, and it looks like they only removed the last photo of the accessories on a black backdrop. At the time of writing this review, it still only says "no doll" and includes the close-up photos featuring the accessories. I don't want anyone else to feel misled, which is why I felt the need to write this review.
