I decided to buy this version of Miku specifically from this store because it had the cutest design (high cut of the bodysuit, fabric, and details like the chest ties) compared to other online cosplay stores.

I ordered it in January, when it was still on pre-sale, and it arrived around the beginning of February. I was very excited to try it on but as soon as I took out the bodysuit I realized a horrible detail: it doesn't have a zipper. It is the first bunny suit I have that does not have a zipper WTF!!!

The only way I can put it on is to try to pull it up and (with a lot of effort) get it over my hip (which is wider than my waist) until it fits and I can pull it to my chest. Fortunately I don't have a big chest, so one less problem at this point.

I'm afraid of tearing the fabric by pushing it too hard or that it will become baggy over time from stretching it to fit me. I don't understand how Doki Doki, with the quality it offers, could create and sell this cosplay with such a big design error.

I recently wore it to an event, but I lost some weight since February, that's the only reason I didn't struggle putting it on so much, because the first time I tried it on I couldn't take it off.

I always order a size medium in this store, and they have fit me well. But if you are interested in this cosplay I recommend ordering an extra size, (especially if you have a very large bust) so you could repair it and add a zipper.

The hair ties are fine, but the neck and wristbands were too baggy and move around too much when I wear them. The tail is a simple ponpon so I replaced it with a larger one, the ears are very simple and lose their shape very easily, so they have to be molded every time they are going to be used and the plastic straps are of poor quality, both broke after using them only once. Ah! I almost forgot: the arm strap is not included.

I have a love-hate feeling towards this cosplay, because it is really beautiful but it is not practical at all and I will have to pay a sewing service to fix something that should be perfect.

to preface, i ordered this on a whim when it said presale. when it arrived it still says presale on the website, which is why i suspect that the product is still unfinished.

i initially ordered a size S, matching what i usually order from cosplay sites like dokidoki or uwowo, but customer support told me that S was still under production and M could be shipped out, so i ordered size M.

when the bunnysuit arrived, i was a little bit confused. most bunnysuits i've seen have a zipper to help you put it on. however, this one had no zipper. trying to get it on and off seems like it's not how the product is supposed to be. there is no zipper, so my only option was to squeeze the bunnysuit (which is supposed to be snug at the waist) over my shoulders or hips, which are both significantly wider than my waist. getting it over my hips was impossible, but i was able to squeeze it over my shoulders. i'm afraid that i might break the fabric from stretching it over my shoulders. even so, i think this was only possible because i ordered slightly larger than i usually do (i compared this bunnysuit with another one i have, and that one has a waist smaller by about 5 cm). if i ordered my normal size then it would most likely be impossible to put on.

after putting it on, the fit was mostly as expected. it was slightly looser around my waist/chest than i would ideally like. especially the chest part has extra room that i personally cannot fill out (so it looks a bit loose on the side). loose when on but too tight to take off, aiya~

looking at the reference pictures, i can't help but wonder how someone would be able put on/take off the bunnysuit on the model. i imagine not having arms might help.

also the button for the tail was off center to the left. looking closer at the reference pictures, it seems like the tail is also off center to the left. did they send me the reference copy? if so then that's pretty funny.

assuming these issues are fixed and someone is buying this in the future, the quality of everything is in line with other cosplay bunnysuits you can find at this price range (don't expect the ears to stay on, even for photos), but i think this one has the cutest design i've seen, at least on the websites i know of. i like the height of the cut, the frills, the bows on the front, and the miku (?) like color scheme. so i hope it goes into production soon!

The material is pretty nice, the sewing seems strong too, but as a whole the costume fits really poorly. I'm an A cup, but the boob cups on this were too small even for me and offered no support or shaping. The seam line under the bust also sat way too high on my body, so if you have a different torso length than their intended model, it causes a unflattering ballooning effect where the fabric just stretches between your bust point and your stomach.

They did add a zipper, which is an improvement on the other reviews I saw.

The socks are laughably bad, they're just a loose rectangle with no shaping attempted. The cuffs are way too big too. For an outfit being sold as ready to wear, it doesn't seem like it was made with a human body in mind.
