I've heard really great things about Dokidoki and am mostly glad that all those things have held up with the quality of their costume! The outer shirt is lined, and the undershirt is a very nice linen or at least faux linen. Both bracers for the legs and the arms fit comfortably without being too tight or loose, which is a miracle for bracers. The belt wraps around my waist without any velcro showing which is a pleasant surprise. BUT THE PANTS. For some reason the pants face a steep decrease in quality that I would have expected from a seller like EZcosplay or Miccostumes. Not only are the a plasticy polyester, but there is also little to no stretch, even in the elastic waistband. It's a well known rule to know to buy a size or two up from overseas cosplay sellers due to how much smaller Asian sizes tend to run when apposed to American or European sizing. But the pants were INSANELY tight. Which was really confusing when the rest of the costume (both shirts, skirt and bracers) fit pretty well. The pants however, would not allow me to lift my leg more than a couple inches- maybe a foot being if I was being generous- off the ground. If I were to sit down in these pants at all, they would be sure to split at the seams. It's an easy enough fix, luckily since they're mostly hidden by the skirt, but still kind of a pain to have to spend extra time and money looking for a part of the costume that came with it and should have been sized accurately with everything else. It's also worth mentioning that the skirts don't exactly flare like they do in the showcase pictures, but I'm willing to accept that that's the magic of staged photography. Would have been a proper 5 stars I think, if only the pants were better, especially for $85.00.
TLDR; The pants are of cheaper quality and not sized correctly with the rest of the costume, please help, they won't let me sit.
