Good quality, didn't match pictures

The cosplay itself is very comfortable in fabric and is pretty. However the images on the site don't quite match and the material is different. I emailed dokidoki about this and they gave me a partial refund and they said to include a small gift with my next order. Enjoyed the customer service and if the cosplay looked like the pictures, I'd 100% be satisfied (didn't include images of the heart on the front and added accessories, they are there tho!)
