When I had this set to a one star review, it didn't show up on the website. :) Which is concerning.

Had been eyeing this costume and heard from content creators that the site was great quality. When I saw that it had come off of presale and was available for orders, I excitedly placed one and paid for expedited shipping so I could hopefully schedule a photoshoot next month. Two weeks past the date it was supposed to be shipped, I contacted customer service and asked if there were any updates since the tracking didn't show it had been sent out.

Was told that unfortunately the costume was out of stock and wouldn't be available for 3 more months. My order wasn't a presale and I paid more than the costume even to ensure quick shipment. Customer service was incredibly unhelpful and offered me no solutions other than to just cancel my order and maybe get a free random wig. Not even to refund my expedited shipping and give me the wig on my order for free (which was supposed to be 'ready to ship' and still hasn't been shipped out two weeks after the 5-7 business days for expedited shipping). Really unhappy and was hoping this would be a more reliable site for future cosplay orders.

Very good quality! The buttons are top notch! I thought they might be cheaper, but they surprised me the most.
